Liked: The team at Crystalbrook always go above and beyond to make me comfortable. The rooftop and honour bar are gorgeous unique touches, and you can't beat the location.

Liked: It was very personalised and we were looked after by Julian, the concierge at the front desk.Nothing was too much trouble and we were given great tips for restaurants.

Superb

A lovely place to stay.

Liked: We loved the location - close to the train station. The decor is great, and the roof garden is amazing. Staff were lovely too. It’s an ideal place to stay, if you don’t need to see the main tourist sights. A very good Italian close by - we went on both occasions.
Disliked: We had two separate stays during our visit to Sydney. The first time, we had been upgraded, and the room was lovely. But the second stay, we were in a cosy room. Although the bed was comfortable, it felt a bit cramped and not very private, with only a frosted door on the loo and shower cubicles.

Very good
