Nice little hotel but very...

Liked: The property was a nice little hotel with plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. It was clean in the bathrooms and all the public areas. I liked that the toilet and shower were separated and the bath was very large.
Disliked: The shower over the bath had two settings, hot and scorching. The shower curtains were very clingy and could have been hung differently so they gave more space. The bedroom carpet was in desperate need of cleaning as my feet were covered in bits walking through the room after having a shower. I struggled to sleep till early hours of the morning because there was a disco/party on and the music could be heard from the room. That stopped about midnight but then the shouting and arguing started. People slamming doors, shouting and screaming at each other for hours and the most horrendous noise kept happening that I can only describe as being a cross between an unbalanced washing machine on spin mode crossed with a machine gun! It happed about 3-4 times and was so loud it seemed like it was in the room with us. Finally at about 3-4am the noises stopped and I finally managed to get a few hours sleep. It’s not all the hotels fault but they should have intervened and asked the disruptive guests to shut up or leave. However the staff themselves were shouting at each other around midnight ish so I guess they didn’t notice the arguing and slamming of doors etc.
