Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is charging for car park as an extra item.It does mention this charge during booking the hotel. I expect the price to be included for parking the car at hotel. Some times room not cleaned properly and no towels left.
Disliked: Car park charge and cleanliness

Liked: Very quaint from the outside with corridors off everywhere…
Disliked: Was not impressed to arrive and have £5 a night added for parking !! Really not sure why parking isn’t included if you are staying. Do people get charged for parking when they’re dining ?

Lovely place

Liked: Room was warm and cosy. Nice and clean. Fantastic shower.
Disliked: It's only a small room but ample for one person. But ! the bed is length ways under the window. Because it's a very old building and obviously no double glazing, at night it was cold and drafty sleeping next to the window.

Liked: Nice peaceful location but close to a town. Good sized room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: We couldn’t get hot water in the early evening, most likely due to demands on the supply around the same time. It took quite a while for the room, and especially the bathroom, to warm up. No conditioner was supplied alongside the complimentary toiletries. The bath plug was grubby.
