Liked: - Playrooms for kids were very much appreciated and well-organized.- Comfy bed- Spacious room- Easy access by tram (there is a tram stop very in front of the hotel)- Visit by Liseberg rabbits- And ofc carousel at the breakfast restaurant :)
Disliked: - We stayed at Christmas eve. Only 1 restaurant was open and way to expensive Christmas buffet (1,900 SEK for 2 adults and one 5 yeas old child).- Fewer options at breakfast comparing last year´s Christmas.

Disliked: Receptionist behavior was resisted 1- She ask for my documents I submitted in her hand in return she throw on the desk.2- She need my signature on documents she throw in front of me on the desk and i return in her hand.3- Room door lock cards she didn’t give me in hands she throw on the desk and didn’t guide about where’s the room and how to book for breakfast or anything else.Her behavior was not good there’s no smile on her face she was treating us in a different way like she don’t like us etc.

Disliked: Kids activity rooms were dirty. Unsupervised kids meaning fights and kids using the games for too long.Amusement park was closed which was not disclosed when we booked so this was a major let down for our children

Liked: Very nice hotel with a wide range of activities for the kids. The gym was well equipped.
Disliked: Peanut butter was not available in the morning brunch.

Perfect

Liked: Our second time visiting this hotel in a year we love it that much.. we visited in the summer and then heard how amazing Liseberg was in the winter so had to book again and the hotel lived up to the same expectations. perfectly clean rooms and a great hotel for children they will love every minute and not want to leave!

Incredible and enjoyable place for...

Liked: Incredibly beautiful hotel with an indoor slide from the 2nd floor, and even a real size carousel. Love that the Liseberg mascots come to visit at the hotel. Free entrance to the park after 6pm for hotel guests. Great extra services, such as free umbrellas available to borrow. A dream trip for the family.
Disliked: Restaurants must be reserved in advance, otherwise they're jam packed on the day. There is no room service either.. On the other hand the park has lots of restaurants, and most of them do not require reservation and have availability.

Liked: Super fun and fancy set-up and decor. Great kids activities.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't quite as outstanding as it's played out to be on the website. Could dream of a lot of things that were not on the buffet.Also a bit inconvenient that the booking filled up so quickly. Ended up having breakfast earlier than we would have wished on all our mornings.
