Amazing experience

Liked: Everything : room size, layout, comfort, sockets literally everywhere, lighting, cleanness (every day), every part of the room and hotel smells very pleasant. The reception lobby smells like fresh wineyard. The location is absolutely perfect, in a quiet area of the old town, at walking distance to everything. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is amazing and very diverse.
Disliked: The fact that I had to leave :(

Liked: The breakfast was frankly amazing. Beautiful tiny crafted cakes that ere delicious alongside very high quality meats cheeses and quiche and salad. Orange juice tasted and looked like it had been freshly squeezed. Really impressed. Apart from that the staff seemed to know my name without looking it up and were super friendly professional and courteous. They exuded a pride in their establishment and rightly so. Thank you for helping to make our stay in Lisbon so memorable for us

Wonderful hospitality, helpful and friendly

Liked: The location was everything because it wasn’t far from downtown and tucked away where there were great restaurants around. Great seafood restaurants especially Pinoquo. Within distance to the high end shopping strip. Short walk to the metro station. Greeted at the hotel upon check in with a bottle of wine and welcome drink. Bed was absolutely dreamy! Felt like I was on clouds.
Disliked: The only thing was people walking by yelling. Most likely they were intoxicated.

Liked: I loved the spaciousness of the room. The staff was wonderful and spoke English which was helpful. The location was great and centrally located to shops, restaurants and the metro. The food and drinks at the hotel were also really good.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.
