Liked: Location, soft clean bedding, fridge in a room, reception staff, fresh breakfast , excellent shower pressure, plenty of storage (shelves etc)
Disliked: Aircon was not working in March, was set to heating instead. Room was very hot and opened window left the street noise in. - no sound proofing

Liked: Clean, modern and in a good location close to tram and bus stops.Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Disliked: Would have liked more storage and tea making facilities. Complimentary water would have been nice. No bar.

Fantastic service and great value...

Liked: Good location exceptionally helpful kind staff. Breakfast generous hotel good value for money. Rooms soundproof and shower powerful unlike many hotels. Best value for money I've stayed in with the best service. Getting to the airport transfer service cheaper than alternatives and more reliable than alternative taxi options, within 5 mjns the taxi came. Rooms very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend.
