A cut above the usual...

Liked: Exceptionally nice included breakfast, and they even made us a breakfast box (a sandwich) for the morning we had to leave before the 7 am breakfast started. But we could use the coffee machine. Staff was super helpful, describing how to use the 727 bus that runs right by the hotel, to get to the Coach museum. Easy. And, they got us in our room by noon when check in was 3:00. We had arrived by 9:30 off a cruise ship. Warning: the taxi was $48 from the port for a ten minute ride. Our phone was not working as it should have, so we could not call Uber, which was great last time we were in Portugal a year and a half earlier.
Disliked: Too far to walk to areas near the river, but right close to a metro, and a bus stop.

Micro Hotel Style - Good...

Liked: We stayed for only one night after arriving in Lisbon before travelling the country. Clean and basic accommodation. Quiet location as we had an interior room (which looked directly into apartments facing the same direction). Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy to access sight seeing areas via Uber/Bolt.
Disliked: Very compact rooms. Bathroom walls are etched glass which provides no noise filtering and little privacy.

Clean and comfortable but unlikely...

Liked: Fair sized room and clean with air conditioning.
Disliked: Bathroom open with no door so toilet and shower was open to rest of room. Coffee from machine at breakfast wasn’t great and eggs were overcooked.
