Disliked: double check if location suits you; there quite a ride to center place or other venus around.

Disappointed we were charged for...

Liked: The room was spacious and the Bed very comfortable, Staff were Friendly Lovely views from our 12 floor room
Disliked: Bathroom was small and no proper shower, the shower was in over the bad and very Narrow. 2 people in the room and only 1 glass for water provided on 2 daysHad to go down to reception for tea bags, had to get our own milkwas told on arrival that rooms on the 12 floor were recently refurbished, on checking out when I asked they said it was 6-9 floors refurbished.

Welcoming staff and lovely premises...

Liked: Beautiful gardens with palm trees, exceptionally friendly and professional staff (best I’ve met in Europe)
Disliked: In room 732 in the toilet unit there was an object looking like a thread/wire that hadn’t been flushed which was an offputting experience leaving me in doubt of whethee the cleaning had been done or not.
