Liked: Location is good
Disliked: After the window is opened, the outside is the kitchen! The air is not fresh. The hygiene level of the bed and bedding is very poor! I slept all night and got bitten by more than thirty bags by mites! It's red, swollen, and itchy!

Liked: This hotel is extremely well-located! It's a safe and awesome location to just walk the Lisbon city center. We never had to request an uber or taxi at all after arriving!!!
Disliked: They should tell guests where they should direct Ubers or Taxis to drop them off to make reaching the Hotel much easier because the street location is not reachable by cars. Had we known to tell the Uber to leave us at a certain spot, we would have only struggled with our luggage on the calzada tiled sidewalks for 1/2 a block and not 3 street blocks.

Liked: Had booked a "courtyard view" but ended up with a street view. The street is pedestrian or trolleys only, so it was quiet. Loved the fact you get an order form for breakfast. You select what you want to eat and the time you want to eat; then hang the order on you door knob when you go to bed. You arrive at the dining room at the time you requested, you are seated and breakfast is brought to your table! Delightful!

Disliked: It would be good to have tea and coffee facilities in the room (this was listed in the hotel facilities but was not in the room) and a reading light on both sides of the bed.

Ideal location, comfortable.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, excellent powerful shower, good air con, lift to room, small balcony.
Disliked: No facilities to make a drink in our room. We asked if we could have a kettle, tea,coffee, milk- a kettle was then provided, 2 teabags and about 18 sugars and despite asking again for coffee, milk and more tea, this didn’t change.

Liked: Right in the tourist center. Surrounded by restaurants. Our room has 3 sets of windows and with natural light. Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is made to order.
Disliked: Everything is as described. The price is a tad high.
