Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. We especially want to thank Yasoja who made our stay very enjoyable with his friendly help and suggestions on what could make our stay very pleasant. The walking tour with Fabrizio where he guided us on the wonders of the poet Fernando Pessoa and his life in Lisbon.

A Perfect Birthday Stay –...

Liked: We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel to celebrate a birthday, and it truly exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is gorgeous – stylish, comfortable, and perfectly situated in the heart of Lisbon, within walking distance of so many great spots.We drove up from the Algarve and really appreciated the dry, secure indoor parking. Navigating Lisbon’s narrow streets can be a bit of a challenge, so it was a huge relief to know our car was safe and protected for the night.From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. Although we were too early to check in, we were given a complimentary drinks voucher for the rooftop bar. The views were stunning, and I had the best virgin piña colada (this pregnant mama was very happy!).When we got to our room, we found a lovely surprise waiting: a bottle of prosecco and birthday cake, thoughtfully laid out. It was such a kind and personal touch. We also made great use of the spa downstairs, and I had an excellent facial that left me feeling so relaxed.The entire team at the hotel was delightful – warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. My partner was so inspired by the Pessoa-themed decor and the free walking tour offered by the hotel that he even got a tattoo of one of the Pessoa portraits from our room.A truly memorable stay. Thank you for making it so special – we’ll definitely be back!

Liked: The property itself is on a great location, easy walking or metro to wherever you want to go. The room was great but the best part was the staff. Welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and helpful at every ask.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing was wrong with this hotel.

Liked: This hotel is exceptionally well designed to improve guest experience. Front of house staff most friendly and helpful. Yasaja was always there to help with bags, call a car and give helpful guidance. The room was very comfortable, well laid out with a central island with wash basin and cupboard. The room was properly 'refreshed' each day. The restaurant was of good quality. Hotel location seemingly perfect to explore old Lisbon on foot, be aware of hills, without congestion. Recommended.

Amazing hotel in the middle...

Liked: The location was fantastic. The staff were amazing! When we arrived we were treated like treasured guests which was totally unexpected. The hotel itself is exceptionally done. Our room was comfortable and cozy. We loved the tiny seating area, the open mini bar, the window that opened so we could gaze out onto the street. The welcome drink at the rooftop bar was an unexpected delight. It was great to relax and look out onto Lisbon. We would definitely go back!
Disliked: I can’t think of anything. The stay was amazing from start to finish.
