Good location but horrible service.

Liked: The property is nice, good location. However, service is horrible. The workers didn’t even let me use a iron because they said that did not come with my room but they were just upset that I booked the room through a 3rd party website like Expedia
Disliked: Service is terrible. Very rude service

Good value for 1 night...

Liked: The location was great because it was very close to everything. Ideal if you want to go to the Lucha Libre as you can walk, take the metro, or a taxi. It's just a few blocks away.
Disliked: The rooms need maintenance; the air conditioning is quite old, and you even have to leave a 200 MEX deposit for the remote control, which is refunded when you check out

Disliked: I didn't like the stuff they never ever smile They weren't welcome with us I want to tell the owner to change all the stuff really they speak very aggressively with us

Liked: very clean room, bathroom and very comfortable bed.
Disliked: could just be my room and its side but the noise proofing on windows could have been better.
