Disliked: only a shower cabin should be fixed and thats all

Great location for visiting everywhere...

Liked: Good location, so many restaurants and bars close by. All of the staff were very helpful especially the front desk staff. Extremely comfortable beds.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit disorganized, hot food was only lukewarm however there was a good selection of cold food/ fruit/cereals/pastries.

Exceptional

Liked: Incredible location and accommodation of early arrival. Helpful in arranging airport pickup.

The room as beautiful and...

Liked: Absolutely loved the hotel until we had breakfast and was charged almost 50 Euro for 3 croissants and 2 cups of coffee. Spent $600 on the room that should be automatically included.
Disliked: The fact that you pay so much and don’t get breakfast included. When our friends had a standard room and it was included. Made no sense.

Great for us!

Liked: Our stay was nearly perfect, Luis was exceptional with her customer service upon our arrival. The breakfast the next day, which was included in our package, was excellent. Raphael was great as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked.
Disliked: Our friends, the Petkac's spent over $600 for the suite and came to find out that their breakfast wasn't included. Apparently, when they booked this and actually spoke with someone, this was not mentioned. Imagine their shock when they received a $50 bill. Raphael stated, every so kindly, he DID NOT have the authority to comp the breakfast.It is clearly not that they cannot afford the breakfast, it is the priciple. You really need to reimburse the Petkac's for their breakfast AND give your staff authority to wave some of these costs in these particular situations. IF not for this, everyone thing would have been PERFECT!

Liked: Great location. Clean well appointed room. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Had to leave at 7:15 for airport for flight home. Breakfast was not open yet. Could not even get coffee.
