Set in the market town of Worksop the 3-star Lion Hotel is superbly located within easy access of the A1 M1 M18 and only twenty minutes from Doncaster Sheffield International airport. Liked: Clean, fresh and comfortable
Disliked: Noise from downstairs staff room/kitchen could be heard in room. Woken up at 7.30am to hear talking and music below room.

Comfortable and Great Service

Liked: Great service from reception team, very helpful on check in. Also liked the quiet room.
Disliked: Bath tub too small. The room we had would be better 100% shower, unless you're a young child wanting a bath. The room was cold on arrival. Our heating was controlled via a wall-mounted heating/cooling unit, which we needed to regulate, and it felt like dry air.

great value, clean, excellent service...

Liked: Brilliant staff made for an excellent visit. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to look after us. The Breakfast was superb and the waiting staff weee very attentive. Highly recommend this place.
