Good and bad experience

Liked: Fantastic room like a small apartment very clean lovely breakfast
Disliked: Taking £25 extra for breakages telling us it would be refunded on check out had to ring 2 days later as the amount we paid on check in was pending and they took the room payment again the receptionist told me it was nothing to do with them it was the bank the bank informed us it was the hotel eventually 4 days later the pending was removed A lovely hotel but our trip spoilt for just £25 and taking payment twice
