Liked: Walkable to the Cherwell Boathouse and into the city

Comfortable Stay with a Few...

Liked: This is a good hotel with a small parking area. The city center is about a 20-25 minute walk away. The breakfast was enjoyable.
Disliked: However, the Wi-Fi isn’t the best. Be sure to ask the staff for the password to access the network. The bathroom could use some updating, but it’s still quite functional.

Liked: Nice location, not too far from the town centre.
Disliked: Being made to pay as soon as we arrived, again, after ordering the evening meal, being presented with the bill before we even got our meal. I found that rude and insulting. The food (fish and chips) was obviously not freshly produced. The fish was straight out of a box.

It was okay.

Liked: It was a really neat appealing hotel. and had plenty of space even for a standard room.
Disliked: the staff wasn’t that Friendly of welcoming checking in, I felt judged and uncomfortable. the car park was small, so it would be hard to find a space nearby. if you want a hotel near the city centre I don’t recommend this hotel to stay at, as it was a 30+ minute walk there and back. The lift was small so me and my partner had to take two separate lifts up to our room. there were also stains on the carpet of the room.

Liked: Great location, just out of town, polite, friendly & helpful staff. Room was very clean and warm. Bed was very comfortable & lots of choice at breakfast. Thank you.
