LOVE the staff

Liked: The hotel needs a refresh, it's getting tatty BUT the lovely staff, cleanliness and location and easy parking more than make up for that.
Disliked: It just needs a refresh, it's all very tired and dated

Comfortable and will return

Liked: Easy walking distance to uni, staff are always super friendly and easy to book, check in and out. Spacious rooms
Disliked: No hot water one day and this happened during my last stay too
