Great stay and outstanding staff...

Liked: The staff were friendly professional and welcoming and the hotel was lovely! We had dinner in the bar and breakfast on both days. The service was excellent and the food was delicious with a very good range of choices. The room was comfy as was the bed and the bathroom was spotless. All in all we had everything we needed and felt as if we were really well looked after. There was also extensive onsite parking and excellent internet service at no extra cost which was very welcome. A really lovely stay thank you. We chose the hotel because it was close to Hever Castle where we had planned a day and the location was perfect for us.

Disliked: The meal was dreadful the Parmasan chicken was inedible. The bar shut at 11. In a hotel!
