I stayed 5 nights at...

Liked: I really liked the location of the hotel. Very accessible to all the Musuem, shows, restaurants and shopping in District 1. Belvedere was just a 5 - 7 minute walk from the hotel it was also very close to the Renwagg station and you could take the train to and from the airport. The staff were also courteous. The breakfast everyday was a good size buffet spread! Most days I would just do a take away of the buffet. as we had to go early on sight seeing tours!
Disliked: There were a few maintenance issues. There was no make my room up or cleaning tag, that one could hang outside the door. So evry time we needed the room to be cleaned. I had to inform the receptionist. So not evry day did we get back to a clean room. Which was a bit of let down; considering the price we paid per night. One time the wash basin was leaking and there was water inside the room. However they did fix it upon my request. The room temperature every night fr me was really cold. It was central heating. Sometimes in my room the temperature would drop to 21 degrees and stay! As the weather outside as well was changing and getting colder in November. I repeatedly exported this issue. However it was not fixed.

Very pleasant stay

Liked: We were given the room at our early arrival (~9.40), we had a small problem with a bed for child, we were said we will have a bed, but on the first day we didn't, on next day after contacting the other guy from reception we received the bed very fast. It is quite strange to have a shower and washing basin in your room, but we were traveling with the family and it was not a problem. I asked for the silent room, we were given very silent room, I have never had such silent room, however the view was to the inner yard, nothing special at all, but that is not an issue for us. Breakfast was very tasty, no problems with quantity. Location is very good, near Belvedere, not very far from center, we reached everything by foot. Wifi maybe better, but all in all ok.
Disliked: It was not very convenient to be without separate bathroom, as a room.

Liked: Location is very good, close to Belvedere and souvenir shops, other shopping centers. Breakfast is good, fresh orange juice and mango juice are great.
