Liked: The hotel is beautifully designed. The attention to detail is exceptional throughout their services. Incredibly clean. The foods is masterfully prepared.
Disliked: Unfortunately, hotel guests have to pay for parking.

Liked: The hotel capitalises on it's proximity to the Hagenbeck Zoo by adding elements to the decor and ambience to evoke feelings of safari. The room was well appointed and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Windows opened so it was possible to get fresh air. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times. As a solo traveller I felt safe in this property. It was also easy to reach due to its close proximity to the U-bahn station.
