Disappointing

Disliked: Two out of my three days stay, cleaning staff opened the door without knocking, literally woke me up in the middle of sleep. And they never returned cleaning my room afterwards, so my room has never been cleaned once during my stay. Hotel’s WiFi system was down for a few days before I checked in but I was not told beforehand. Nothing was mentioned during my check in until I asked. I have to use my own data package for the entire stay. That wasn’t what I expected from a 4-star hotel.

Liked: Neat clean spacious room with necessary facilities such as fridge good breakfast.
Disliked: Maybe the immediate surrounding area was more like Istanbul than Germany, but thats ok.

Overall it was nice stay

Liked: Reception staffs were good and very helpful.
Disliked: Bed sheet and bed cover was not changed throughout the stay. No drinking water provided on a regular basis.
