If you want a comfortable...
Liked: We loved the hot tub in our room. The bed was comfortable and the overall room pleasant. The hotel was close to downtown Leavenworth and other shops. The hotel was also near excellent restaurants.
Disliked: I do not consider this a dislike. Instead, I put it in the category of a suggestion. The suggestion is to install a ceiling fan. A fan to circulate the heat would make the room even more comfortable, especially during the summer or warmer months.

Exceptional
Liked: The location of the facility is ideal to walk around and enjoy with family and friends. The staff here was so welcoming and provided support to our family. One family had gluten allergy and they were ready to help with gluten free food for breakfast. The receptionist welcomed the whole crew with a warm smile and helped to address our queries patiently. It's definitely a great place to stay at Leavenworth.

Liked: Breakfast was general, but good. The room was nice but needed updating. Same with the facility. Everything was nice but needed updates. Everything was nice and clean.
Disliked: Updates! Even it just paint and carpet. Everything seems to be so out dated.
