Disliked: Alarm went off at 6 AM ( one of my friends used to be Hotel housekeeping and they are supposed to make sure it's off. Kids upstairs running at wee hours , breaking was discombobulated, potatoes , sausage and cold hardboiled eggs ? One bed was über close to wall ,the friend had to hug wall and scoot along when getting out of bed.

Liked: We loved the hot tub in our room. The bed was comfortable and the overall room pleasant. The hotel was close to downtown Leavenworth and other shops. The hotel was also near excellent restaurants.
Disliked: I do not consider this a dislike. Instead, I put it in the category of a suggestion. The suggestion is to install a ceiling fan. A fan to circulate the heat would make the room even more comfortable, especially during the summer or warmer months.

Liked: The location of the facility is ideal to walk around and enjoy with family and friends. The staff here was so welcoming and provided support to our family. One family had gluten allergy and they were ready to help with gluten free food for breakfast. The receptionist welcomed the whole crew with a warm smile and helped to address our queries patiently. It's definitely a great place to stay at Leavenworth.
