Disliked: The staf weren’t friendly and if need help didn’t try to solve it.Air condition didn’t work properly I asked from reception but couldn’t fix it.

Liked: breakfast was super nice and the stuff in the canteen is very polite, allowed bring breakfast to room.bed is comfortable and the view is stunning.
Disliked: check in is so slow, waiting time too long. and the stuff there is not very professional, make mistake of the amount of money i should pay and also the period of time i m staying.

Disliked: Refused admission to sky bar. Stopped by rude member of staff. We are a couple late sixties. As residents unable to have a drink in the hotel.Had meal in restaurant one evening, spoiled by Loud disagreement between customer and members of staff.
