Liked: Spent one night in family room. NO Internet. Man on the desk not even answering or try to help in this matter. They restricted for checking out at 11 sharply although we checked after 5..Suddenly in the morning we find all tools for room cleaning infront of our room at 10 am.although we checked out at 11 exactly.

Disliked: Room is too small. No has enough stuff to put the things.

Liked: Its clean which to me is very important, extra blankets if needed, tea making facilities in the room. Rooms are small but perfect if you just want to somewhere to sleep and refresh when in London- staff very friendly and helpful.
