A night of relaxation at...

Liked: We love the swimming and spa facilities. The evening meal and breakfast was delicious, prepared quickly and presentation very good.A relaxing hotel.
Disliked: We were very disappointed to only be allowed to use the spa facilities for 1 hour on our last day especially as it was quiet in the hotel and spa.The mattress was too firm for my liking.

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The room wasn't properly cleaned. We found black hairs on the floor and bed (could definitely not be from us). We also could not open the window, the drying rack (for towels) did not work as well as the ventilation in the bathroom, which also did not work. Also, there was no cleaning personnel in the spa, and people left their old band aids on the pool side and did not use towels in the salt room.
