Disliked: Loud noise between midnight and 8am from people talking, music playing, doors slamming at 5.30am and waking us up! The bed was rock solid, pillows and duvet were definitely not feather! More like sandbags!We were woken up at 1am by a loud noise, and again at another unknown later time by one of the colleagues banging on someone’s door to turn the music down, woken again at 5.30am by a loud bang of someone’s door being shut, and again at 7am by what sounded like beer barrels getting thrown outside Following check out we reached out to the hotel with this feedback and the lack of customer service and acknowledgement in the issues was demonstrated

Great but felt ripped off...

Liked: Breakfast, view from room, pool and spa facilities all great. Staff amazing.
Disliked: Paying for parking on their own property at £15/night is shocking, especially as the stay is so expensive as it is. The rooms are pokey and underwhelming unless you splash out for the biggest size available. Bed was not to my taste.

Liked: Excellent hotel, the Spa is fantastic, the staff were really helpful and nice, the roomWas great and so was the food and they have 2 x EV chargers so all in all perfect for me
