Very disappointing

Liked: Nice big tv , bed was ok
Disliked: We were there for our anniversary, I booked a ocean view room. They said I booked a no view room. They offered an upgrade for an extra 120$. No way. They blamed booking.com. The room had a window with a view to a hallway that had Bird excrement on it. The room smelled like wet mold. They had rooms available, I felt they could've offered a reasonable upgrade, not 120$ extra dollars.

Liked: The view from our room was great. We enjoyed the easy beach access from the hotel and that our room included a kitchen so we were able to cook some meals in our room,
Disliked: The walls were really thin. We could here the upstairs guests stomping and banging around late at night. Our room was close to the pool so all we heard was kids screaming. The towels are small and scratchy and the bed was not very comfortable. Almost felt like we were sleeping on a inflatable mattress. They hyped up their breakfast buffet that's free but the food was cold, the eggs were overcooked and watery, biscuits were hard as a rock and the little sausages were burnt. I stuck with toast and cold cereal.
