Trip was great but should’ve...

Liked: It was close to the beach and quiet. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: Our room was on the corner without a view. It was on the second floor when we had a pet. And the room wasn’t very clean the bathtub was filthy the mirror had spots all over it which made me nervous to sleep in the bed.

We would go back again....

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: This hotel felt like a little cottage !! Pet friendly and beautiful grounds and location to walk to the beach ! Loved the cozy rooms and bedding

Liked: All the amenities. The view. Beach front. Hot tub 104 and pool 90 degrees outdoors. Fun! Breakfast is great. 7-10 The salmon chowder is delicious!! And the chocolate chip cookies are yummy! 5-7. Juice, tea, coffee bar all day and night!!
Disliked: No dish towels, wash cloths, pot holders for the kitchen. No housekeeping check ins during the stay.

Comfortable but loud

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable as well as clean. The breakfast provided was wonderful and they also offer an evening chowder that was also wonderful.
Disliked: The walls were extremely thin. You could hear the room next doors conversations with ease. They also don't seem to think about not putting families with kids on 2nd or 3rd floors cause you can hear every footsteps and every door open and shut. Just over all a loud property.

Our 47th anniversary trip

Liked: The room was large. The bed is comfortable. They had a wonderful breakfast that ran until 10am. Even if you came at 10 o'clock they kept the food out. It was hot and fresh. They have a wonderful salmon chowder at 5pm each evening and warm chocolate chip cookies until both were gone. We will recommend it to all family and friends.
Disliked: The rooms need way more lighting. Do not like dime lighting in my room. Use dimmers if you want ambient lighting. Not every woman wants to stand and put their makeup on and nowhere has sufficient lighting for that. Fix that and it would be a perfect place.

Lincoln Sands is over priced

Liked: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Disliked: Mold in room, towels had a bad smell out dated decor very loud AC unit
