Amazing hotel to stay at!...
Liked: Everything. The hotel/room was amazing and clean. The staff was super helpful and I genuinely enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: The swimming pool could have been heated up a bit more. Couldn’t enjoy the pool as it was ice cold.

A nice property with good...
Liked: Property was clean and room was well appointed and spacious.
Disliked: Not the fault of the property, but location is a little isolated. That being said there is a Tesco Express across the street and Isle of Dogs is a short walk.

Would 100% stay again !!
Liked: I love the interior and everything was so cosy and sweet. Staff were 10/10. Had cute chocolates for my birthday and the bed was sooo soft. Didn’t get to use the leisure centre but the option was a bonus to have!
Disliked: Had to ask for random items like toothpaste? I would’ve just assumed it was provided before hand. Also the slippers were so high up and tucked away in the cupboard we didn’t know they were even there.

Great staff - a few...
Liked: The reception staff provided a warm and welcoming experience, being both helpful and friendly, and going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located in Canary Wharf/Isle of Dogs, with economical and essential parking options available.Room service exceeded expectations on our final night, with all dishes—beef burger, chicken burger, fish, and pizza—being of excellent quality and delicious.
Disliked: The hotel has only recently opened (within the last six months) and is still addressing some teething and snagging issues, which were at times frustrating. For example, there weren’t enough hooks for towels (with the one provided hanging loosely off the wall), lighting schemes were poorly designed with switches not aligning to the correct lights, and the in-room phone had to be unplugged to turn off after speaking with reception.A more significant issue occurred on our first night when we had to switch rooms due to a bathroom door that had a sign advising not to close it but also wouldn’t open properly. Thankfully, the hotel staff were quick to resolve the problem by moving us to another room. From a family perspective, the interconnecting rooms posed challenges, as the doors couldn’t be kept open without causing an obstruction. Additionally, housekeeping tended to arrive too early, around 9:30-10:00 a.m., and often didn’t return later, which was inconvenient.Another area for improvement is the in-room entertainment. With today’s on-demand services being so prevalent, the hotel would greatly benefit from offering access to on-demand streaming platforms or allowing guests to stream their own services. This feature would enhance the experience for both leisure and business travellers. However, I cannot stress enough how helpful and accommodating the staff were overall. With a few adjustments and refinements, this has the potential to be a truly lovely hotel.
