Fantastic!

Liked: Fantastic rooms with beautiful cups & saucers to enjoy a Nespresso in the morning. Staff fantastic throughout the stay,everyone you met seemed genuinely happy to chat to you. Room was exceptionally clean. Perfect location for us to visit the O2 without being right there. Extremely comfy beds. Soft fluffy towels. 10/10 would recommend & would book again without hesitation.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Fast check in.
Disliked: Fridge was not working. Wifi also not working. The following day, when we asked the reception, they gave us another wifi connection ( should have advised us upon check in) but that wifi also stopped working on the third day. They should put in more towel bars in the bathroom.

Perfect location and one of...

Liked: We stayed here for the Usher concert and arrived at the hotel early, as the room was ready we were allowed to check-in which was brilliant! It's central, nothing was too far away and the bed was so comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was exceptional
