Liked: Very friendly staff, beds are very comfortable, location is good.
Disliked: Unfortunately a few things :(, room smelt of curry upon arrival, maybe from previous stay? Room was very cold, and took ages to warm up, no where to hang and dry towels which is hard when there is 3 wet towels to try distribute around the room as there is only 1 hook. Door on shower hard to close so flooded bathroom. And we did not sleep welldue to disturbances from other visitors partying in hallway at 2am until another visitor screamed at them. We booked here for the facilities mainly and they were awful we was aware the steam room wasn’t working but we didn’t get informed of the freezing cold pool so we spent about 10 mins catching flu and Jen back to sit in room. Bit sad really as we have been looking forward to this with our little girl for ages.

Liked: All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Always happy to help. The room we stayed in was the perfect size for 2, based on a 2 nights stay. We also had a great view (Room 811 on the 8th floor). The shower pressure was divine. The bed was super comfy. Especially the lounge chair near the window. In the morning, the breakfast variety was outstanding, and fluid choice was brilliant. The dining area was ever so clean, and the waitress was incredible, always ensuring the tables were clear. Fabulous!! We used the pool area once, and this was clear and tidy. We had such a pure blissful weekend stay here, and we will definitely be returning. Huge thank you to housekeeping for providing extra wash bottles. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and welcoming.
Disliked: (This is not a complaint, and we advised reception to get this resolved - as could result in someone becoming stuck in the shower). It wasn't a huge issue for us. However, the shower door in our room was extremely hard to open and then close properly to ensure the water didn't leak out. [We mentioned this to reception on check out. Who mentioned they will get maintenance to have a look]. The shower bottles on the wall had not been refilled before our attendance (no conditioner and low on shower wash). However, this was resolved straight away, and housekeeping provided the room with some bottles. Forgot to mention, the pool was a little too cold but manageable. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
