Disliked: When we checked in lobby was dead. No fire places going. We had a delayed flight and was looking forward to sitting in the lobby

Best Location for Skiing in...

Liked: Best location in Snowmass, right next to the Gondola and short walk to the Village Express chair for skiing. The ice rink is right outside the front door and you can walk to multiple restaurants in the base village. Ski rental is also located next door and there is a ski valet inside the hotel.
Disliked: There is no pool, just two large hot tubs with no views. The breakfast buffet is good but could use more variety each morning (same thing every morning other than one or two items)

Excellent location, the jacuzzis are...

Liked: Location, breakfast, staff, free shuttle to the airport.
Disliked: The hotel is missing some activities for the days when you don't want to ski: yoga classes or post-ski stretching.

Disliked: The attention from the host of the restaurant, disrespectful. Two waiters pushed a lot for orders and tip.

Liked: The Limelight hotel has a super nice location! The junior staff were exceptionally nice and helpful unlike managers.
Disliked: I was quite surprised after reading numerous reviews praising the exceptional breakfasts at Limelight Hotel, as my experience was quite the opposite. The offerings felt more like cheap fast food, with a rubbery, unappetizing omelette, dry half-cut donuts, and even grilled cauliflower that seemed out of place. It was far from the delicious and nutritious meal I had anticipated.The hotel walls are paper-thin, allowing every word from the neighboring rooms to filter through, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Additionally, the room service was disappointing. Despite staying for over a week, our bed sheets were only changed upon request. Personal belongings left unattended during room service risked being misplaced or taken.Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, shower caps, sewing kits, and sanitary bags were not readily available in the room. Instead, guests had to repeatedly contact the front desk, even during the early hours, which was quite inconvenient.Moreover, the bathroom had significant issues. The shower curtains did a poor job of containing water, leading to frequent spills on the floor, creating a slipping hazard. The shower itself had mold, and the bathroom fan was non-functional. To top it off, the towels provided had holes, which was unexpected given that we paid $15k for the week.While the staff was nice and tried to accommodate us, the management was unhelpful and even attempted to remove us from our room when we raised concerns. Overall, I found the service to be unsatisfactory, falling short of the standards one would expect for the cost. I sincerely hope improvements are made, but for now, I’ll be considering other hotels in the area.

Liked: Everyone that works here is amazing and the facility was very clean and the food was excellent! We love coming back your time and time again! A short three minute walk to the slopes makes this place the best skins ski out.
