Ripped off.

Liked: The hotel runs a racket by charging you an undisclosed amount for “amenities” and doesn’t tell you what these “amenities” are, that they exist or how to access them. Room housekeeping was understaffed and was unavailable even when requested.

Will return, the convenience and...

Liked: Comfortable, convenient location. Easy access from Union Station.
Disliked: Room wasn’t well lit, not enough room for a rollaway if you reserve a queen room. I understand it’s a fire hazard. I would have switched to a different room.
