Liked: The transportation to and from the airport and just about anywhere in town and all ski areas was fantastic! The crew was enthusiastic and competent, proactive in every way helping all along rides.Hotel front desk and concierge were awesome. Always yes to requests and expeditiously with great attitudes. Jacuzzis were excellent. Location was walkable to anything downtown.
Disliked: Hot Breakfast choices could be better but small kitchen has limited capacity so they do well with what they have and what was offered was good. Coffee in the room was better than the restaurant so would be good to have paper cups to bring down to breakfast ; )

Disliked: A homeless person was washing their sleeping bag in the hotel's laundry room. The quality of the sheets was poor, and one of the elevators was out of order, making it take forever to go up or down.
