We enjoyed our short stay...

Liked: Location was great. Easy walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, theatre. Very comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Front desk staff very good.
Disliked: No lift available. Accessibility poor those who would need it.

A gem of a hotel...

Liked: Beautiful boutique hotel, room was fantastic and the location was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing, the hotel was excellent.

Disliked: No air conditioning and there is street noise if the windows are open. Pillows are not comfortable.

Disliked: This hotel is not a 4 star hotel at all, i was so disappointed, and the room was like a student residence very small even the bathroom , i didn't sense any luxury, their wasn't any tea or coffee in the room even though the staff said it was complementary, i will never book in the same place again ever in my life.
