Liked: Convenient location and staff were friendly, rooms were adequate for an overnight stay. Pool was refreshing for an afternoon swim.
Disliked: 2 little cockroaches came out of the fridge in the room when we put the complimentry milk in and the 2nd bedroom in room 8 needed to be aired out before we arrived as it was a little smelly. Also no wardrobe/clothes hanger in room 2 to hang up clothes.

Liked: Good location, practical affordable accommodation within walking distance of the broadwater and cafes. Plenty of parking onsite. Simple process for checkin.

Liked: Staff were very friendly
Disliked: Not enough power points in the additional room. The lamp could not be plugged. I hadn't realised it was on a main road so was very noisy and didn't get much sleep.

Liked: The customer service was nice, the pool was clean and the bed was ok
Disliked: I didn't like that there was roaches in the rooms, black mould in both bathrooms all in the shower and all on the upper walls that they blamed on having a new cleaner sorry black mould doesnt happen over night, nor that there was a hazard that they knew about in my sisters bathroom that they did nothing about. Room quality for the price not worth it..I wish I had taken photos for it

Liked: I stayed at this motel for one night while attending a party in Gold Coast. The location was convenient, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. It’s a decent option if you just need a quick place to stay for a night. Nothing fancy, but it served its purpose.
