Liked: I was found an alternative room relatively quickly via phone, after discovering my allocated room had not been cleaned.The room was large and well decorated, the location was good.
Disliked: My allocated room had not been cleaned, no staff on premises to welcome or help. The cups in the second room were not clean.

Liked: Clean bathroom and tidy bedroom
Disliked: Cheap bedroom furniture. I big cobweb next to the door. Breakfast cereal where from Lidl’s big boxes so no food safety. There wasn’t any breakfast bars that we could see. No bottles of water. Coffee cups in the room were all dirty and stained. Hot water in the bathroom and the radiator were scalding

Liked: Clean and tidy, good location, hot shower, good commiunication
Disliked: Bed a little small and not the most comfortable, but more than adequate after a long day out, but might be problematic for a longer stay. Parking not the easiest but was an unbelievably busy weekend.

Lovely cosy hotel

Liked: Lovely cosy room, very comfortable beds lovely decorated and a great continental breakfast in the hall for anyone to use
Disliked: The only thing I can say is maybe the room need a little more seating as we had to sit on our beds. But it wasn't an issue

Disliked: Just the room really The room was classed as a delux . Which is wasn’t. The shower started pouring with water every time someone used the shower. The room was 3 flights up. My partner has had a hip replacement. TV had no selection.

Excellent location for exploring Whitby...

Liked: Rooms were spacious, all en-suite, warm, clean with comfortable beds with all necessary amenities, tea, coffee making facilities, Tv, hairdryer, nice shower room with nice products.
Disliked: I can’t say there was anything not to like.

Poor

Liked: The location was really good.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable and it was not very clean. The mugs had not been washed. Ring stains on the bedside table. Shower door handle broken
