Disliked: Not a „real“ hotel, self check in with keysafe at the entrance, no staff around so room wasn‘t maintained during our stay - only two days so not a problem, but all in all more like an aibnb…

Liked: The room and bed were pleasant at first
Disliked: The room smelt of stale cigarettes and the bathroom stunk of weed … we were on the 2nd floor (3rd window up) and after complaining the owner tried to tell me they had problems with someone loitering outside and the smell came in our room. The bathroom had no window and we didn’t open the bedroom window … the response was insulting. The stale smell was inside the property. I was offered a form to organise a refund … a week later I’m still waiting. Not impressed at all. The breakfast offerings are poor although we had no intentions of having breakfast there… there was a large pot of yoghurt- opened - available for anyone to use? I suggested individual small pots. They offer a parking permit £2 to park on the street - there were none available. It was a real shame as the room was generally pleasant.

Liked: The location was good, the room was big, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean(could’ve been bigger) the only real downside, was that the room wasn’t ready on time, this was due to the curtain falling off its rail, also there was bust under the bed, which was not the best way to see the room.
Disliked: The location of the property.

Liked: The hotel was lovely, very warm too which was idealAs it was freezing out! They had tea and coffee in the room also other things such as water, juice, pastries in a fridge on the hall way. It’s In a really good location too!
