Liked: Room was large, nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable. The location was awesome, in a quieter area of Key West, but still close to a lot of restaurants and things to do and see. There were plenty of towels and linens. Bath products were nice. I appreciated having access to water and coffee throughout the day.
Disliked: Room was humid, I know it's Florida, but this seemed like it could have been remedied or at least improved somehow. We also did not have hot water one night. This was fixed the next morning. We told staff at checkout and they said that somehow the hot water heater had gotten turned off.

Liked: The breakfast setup was very nice..Private seating area. Only suite 38 had this space that I could see
Disliked: For 600 hundred dollars a nite I excepted cleanliness. White paint was splattered on the front porch, door threshold, dark brown flooring. This was do ne when painted some time earlier Not acceptable for a $600.00 a nite room. The shower trim area was brown and moldy. Attention to detail in cleaning was lacking...dirty floor trim area especially in the bathroom. Heard the neighbors like they were in my roomMaintained area was directly behind our room. We had to complain about the slamming of doors and such to management. This loud noise started about 7 am in morning. We had tourist coming back and peaking in our windows and outdoor seating area. Very disappointed in room. Other roo.s I looked at in passing were so small that it appeared you only had room to walk around bed.
