Good, but power adaptor left...

Liked: Everything was fine, rooms are cute, nice decor. Wifi was poor in my room, definite improvements to be made there.
Disliked: I really (really) disliked how they didn’t offer a lending service for a power adapter. I needed one to charge my laptop for one night, heck, even a few hours would’ve been ok. But, they only sell them, so I had to spend €17 to buy one from them. I needed it once. This feels like a cash grab that takes advantage of people in their time of need. Just have one (or two) at the front desk, lend them to people, and if they don’t bring them back THEN charge them. Easy way to help your clients and not have them feel like you’re taking advantage of them.

Really enjoyed

Liked: Clean .. friendly staff… conveniently located
Disliked: I cant understand why after my stay i get invoiced for preperation of the room before we arrive and then for every evening stayed. What is the fee for that you pay on booking?
