Liked: Lovely place but room was a disappointment as paid upgrade and my daughter and son in law in a double bed
Disliked: The price I paid for upgrade and room was not ready and then given smaller room with smaller bed and paid upgrade price. Very disappointed with this as was a gift for my daughter's birthday

Liked: Check in and check out easy as usual. Room was fine and breakfast good
Disliked: The door in the steam room were not work properly as slammed quite often with bad noise and was disturbing.Also the salt room was out of order which disappointing us .

Liked: Great getaway in wonderful grounds, staff are friendly and respectful. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, fabulous dining experience as the food is good quality and value. I have been numerous times with my sister and cannot fault the service received each time
