Liked: Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Trees in the fall are stunning. Hiking trail was easy and lead to an outstanding view.
Disliked: Air conditioner fan was very loud all night. King room is small. No good spot for suitcase.

A lovely restful stay on...

Liked: What a beautiful location! We were blessed with a view over the fields, woods and trails behind the lodge, and -bonus!- had French doors that opened onto the scene. We enjoyed sharing a pulled pork sandwich and cider at Porter's and fresh salads and drinks in the Library Lounge, and it was a real treat to have fresh hot coffee in the lobby and a quiet early morning cup by the fire before going out for a lovely autumn walk on the trails.
Disliked: There was a big log column in the middle of our room, and my friend stubbed a toe in the middle of the night on that. That's all!
