Liked: "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, and we loved having the convenience of a kitchenette. The view from our room was better than expected—although advertised as a partial beach view, we could see the ocean right from our window. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.One of the highlights was the thoughtful surprise from the staff—a beautiful card and a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. It was such a memorable and fun moment when we returned to the room and found the gift waiting for us.Another huge plus was the on-site EV charging station. It was incredibly helpful to fully charge our car and ready for our road trip home the next day. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel!"
Disliked: "While we enjoyed our stay overall, a couple of things could have been better. There was only one working elevator, and it was quite small. Being on the 4th floor, we waited a while, especially when carrying luggage or our beach wagon, which made it a bit inconvenient.Another downside was the prices at the poolside tiki bar. Both the food and drinks were quite expensive, which was disappointing given the otherwise enjoyable amenities at the hotel."
