Disliked: Rooms are way too small too small ..my husband , daughter and myself shared a room which was … way too small .. we made it work because we were out all day sightseeing etc .. so basically we didn’t hang around the hotel that much ..

Liked: Location good near two subway stations. Staff friendly, room comfortable and good breakfast.
Disliked: The rooms were very small which is why I only rated the hotel 9 and it was expensive.

Disliked: No cleaning in 5 nights stay! People put out trash outside the doors because no cleaning provided, you need to make a reservation for it. Most people traveling do not have time to deal with cleaning reservations. Double bed for 2 persons was small.

Disliked: Not quite up to the quality of the online presentation. They sell perfume or something in the lobby? and the windows are horrible.
