Good

Liked: We liked the ambience and the 100 year old vibe. The entrance was pretty and had a comfortable lobby area. Very pretty hotel overall.
Disliked: The breakfast was very limited so we didn't eat there. Our room had a broken fridge, radio and the blinds didn't open making it dark. We did tell the owner about the issues. Noticed the windows were very dirty on the entrance doors. The housekeeper had to call the owner so we could check in.

Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable. Management was helpful
Disliked: The breakfast - terrible and very disappointing! The coffee was awful. The waffle wasn't good. There were no eggs or breakfast meat!

Liked: The AC was out so the rooms were warm and stuffy the window could not open. Difficult to sleep. Staff quit in the middle of the night

Disappointing & Problematic: Would NOT...

Liked: Breakfast offered in the hotel was pitiful. One look, and we went next door every day and paid for breakfast. No adult would enjoy that!
Disliked: My room was not cleaned but once (after strongly complaining) during my 3-night stay. Woman at the desk told a family member that "She (meaning me) called but didn't want fresh towels." WHO WOULD DO THAT?? That family member brought me fresh towels. I also had a water leak under the bathroom sink that soaked my personal items on the shelf. AND the train & police sirens - both nearby- woke me up multiple times.
