Liked: All very clean with a beautiful view! Marvellous location and very spacious!
Disliked: The entry code did not work at once. Then someone saw my code, so I requested a new one. Then my new code didn't work as it should have. I don't like it when people in the street can just see which code you're typing. Some protective viewing cover would be indispensable, imo.

Liked: Spaciousness and location. This property is definitely spacious for what you get in a conventional hotel in Madrid. The self-check in is really easy and also they have fast responsive time when you call them or chat them through WhatsApp. There was a slight issue with the early check-in but they sorted it out in a couple of minutes. Would stay here again and recommend it.
Disliked: Only thing was that the bathroom sometimes stink and the shower drain cover was broken.

Liked: Centrale position to visit the city The reception was really good and efficient, we communicated via WhatsApp and they answered timely to all our needs.Good light from the room (we were 3rd floor).
Disliked: Pubs and clubs close to the building could bring noise during the night (the structure provides earplugs)The daily price was too high for room furniture and layout (bathroom is part of the room with walls made in matt glass)

Liked: We had a great stay at the hotel Líbere Madrid Palacio Real and I highly recommend it! What impressed me the most was the automatic check-in and check-out system, which is incredibly convenient and fast. In a few clicks, everything was settled, without having to wait at a réception.The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Madrid city center, close to major attractions such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. This allows you to discover the city on foot, which is a huge advantage. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a quiet environment, ideal for resting after a busy day.The facilities are modern and well thought out. The rooms are impeccable, with a contemporary design and all the necessary comfort. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail, which show the care taken for the well-being of customers.If you are looking for a convenient hotel, well located and offering a smooth and stress-free experience, the Líbere Madrid Palacio Real is an excellent choice. I will return without hesitation during my next stay in Madrid!
