Liked: I liked the location, the practicality and also the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Also the design of the room was pretty and cosy.
Disliked: the room was cold but unfortunately we couldn't heat it up with A/C. A/C only worked for cold. And the blankets were not very comfortable. Both the pillows and the blankets could be better. Sheets were very clean but not that comfortable. Blankets were very thin. The Staff was very helpful to provide us two additional blankets. Also the rooms by nature- needs cleaning after two days. It would be nice to have a cleaning every two days by default.

Liked: Great location in the city centre. Spacious aprtment. Everything works as described.

Liked: Apartment was clean and well-equipped. Having access to a washing machine was great.
Disliked: Sofa bed was adequate, but a normal bed would have been more comfortable.

Very good

Liked: The location was very good, near the main attractions and near the metro station. The room was good size and comfortable. The rooftop was very nice and had an amazing view of the city.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn't close properly.

Good location, safe and clean

Liked: The location was perfect. You can get there for 6€ by bus from airport and walk about 5 min. Everything was near shops, tourist attractions, so we walk everywhere. The room was very clean, they even left us water. Very beautiful terrace and you can use lockers for free till 20:00 PM on the day of departure.
Disliked: We had to wait a very long time for the elevator, and one day it was broken.
