Lovely and nice hotel

Liked: The hotel and the room was very clean. The hotel is not very close to the city center but the metro station line 2 is just 2 min from the hotel. Very easy to get to train station. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately we need to pay to use the spa as wasn't included in the price. Which was quite disappointing.

Liked: The hotel was very accommodating for our stay there. We used this location as our host location as we traversed various locations throughout eastern, central, and the Amalfi cost. The staff was friendly and went out of there way to make us feel welcomed and at home.

Great staff, but overall disappointing...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice design and atmosphere. Quiet room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice (but rather small) shower. Staff flexible in changing the dates of my stay, without additional costs. Also very helpful in making a taxi reservation (but yeah, one would expect that in a 5-star hotel).
Disliked: Location. Not very appealing neighbourhood. No access by feet to walk to the bay of Naples, only accessible by car or public transport. Several busstop and metrostations are closed. Few good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The swimming pool is much smaller than expected. Disappoing view over Naples. For a 5-star hotel, I expected something better than just a good buffet breakfast. Standard free cancellation would be nice (although staff was very helpful in changing the dates for free).

An excellant place to stay...

Liked: The hotel had an excellent breakfast included. It was close to the train station with good access to the city center.
Disliked: The price of car parking.
