Disappointing

a beautiful and comfortable hotel...

Liked: The hotel was absolutely lovely. Close to the river Arno and all the magnificent art that Florence has to offer. The little issues were quickly resolved and our room was beautiful. We only had breakfast option but the food was fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay so enjoyable.
Disliked: the weather

Disliked: Limited communal areas & facilities. The room was OK but very small bar & no real lounge area. Breakfast OK

Great hotel - would recommend

Liked: Really lovely boutique hotel with stunning decor especially in the common areas. Room was well appointed. Being able to use the down stairs board room was a real bonus!! The reception team were top class.
Disliked: The desk could have been a bit bigger in the room but it was super pleasant to have access to the common areas downstairs!
