Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was diverse, delicious and healthy. The location was also very convenient and close to metro, all sorts of shops and restaurants. Everythig we needed was promptly provided to us.
Disliked: Maybe it could be nice if we could regulate room temperature, because it was a bit cold for us. The rest was really great!

Liked: Good breakfast, gluten free diet accommodated with ease. Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful & polite. Hot tub in the bedroom was a real bonus!
