Authentic, cozy, small urban hotel!

Liked: The location is good but still need a taxi to go to the centre. The hotel is nice. Cozy, Classic and urban! Nice roof terrace but was closed during our stay.
Disliked: Not many restaurants around. The rooms are smaller than look on pictures.The breakfast is nice but when we came you could see that the food has been exposed for a while and did not look so fresh.

Liked: Staff were welcoming and efficient, good check-in experience is important. Glass of cava was very much appreciated.We enjoyed the breakfast, and had an evening meal which was OK.Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed comfy and shower amazing!Roof terrace is great and was quiet when we were there. Great to catch some autumn sun.
Disliked: Room was small - not huge issues but:Very limited wardrobe space Nowhere to store casesNo mirror to do make up in room No hooks on the back of the door for coats No draws to store ‘stuff’Weak hairdryer - bring your own. Bring water as after first night they charge €3 for a small bottle.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff...

Liked: The hotel was so nice and our room was great! Location was perfect and we could walk everywhere. The staff were so kind and helpful. Juan Carlos and the other people at the front desk, restaurant and rooftop were fantastic. He gave us great recommendations. We would stay here again for sure!
Disliked: Nothing. It was great!

Disliked: One waiting staff member on the day of our departure ! Arrived 45 minutes before the restaurant closed for breakfast. The waitress told us the restaurant was closing in 45 minutes and continued to give us time updates every time she passed. I Put bread on to toast with 10 minutes to close which, the said waitress , removed just as it was done and binned it! I put another slice on but the toaster was switched off. I have never encountered such an aggressive staff member in any hotel. I mentioned this when checking out but felt my complaint was not taken seriously.

Beautiful hotel, goes the extra...

Liked: Considering its a 4* hotel, it felt like 5* - complimentary glass of cava on arrival, we arrived early and our room was ready, complimentary soft drinks, beers and chocolate in the room! Rooms were nice, clean modern, we had a nice view from our balcony.
Disliked: Breakfast was underwhelming and probably wouldn’t include next time. It was at the reception area, so not a separate space, and had very little variety, mostly just some cakes and mini pastries and fruit. However there was a separate menu where you could order dishes such as eggs.
