Beautiful hotel with several issues...

Liked: The room was beautiful And the location Was great. The room was very clean and had a nice view.
Disliked: The bed was terrible and we didn't get a good night's sleep and we heard non-stop traffic all through the night at some points it sounded like cars racing. The shower was out of body wash and the bathroom door did not shut all the way. We ordered a pizza for room service and was quoted 40 minutes or less and they didn't come up to the room until over an hour later. For this to have been an anniversary stay and have paid a fair amount of money for the night we were highly disappointed.

Disliked: We reserved a partial suite with a KING bed and city view. The bed in the room was absolutely not a king bed it may have been a full, extremely small.

Disliked: I booked the room a month in advance because we had a trip planned. We are 4 people, two adults and children 16 and 12 years old. When we arrived at the settlement, they gave us a room with one bed and simply said that they had no more free rooms. It was midnight and it was a shock for me. After clarification, they found us one additional small bed ... and that's it ... I had no choice, it was midnight and we were tired from the road... Unfortunately, the mood was spoiled, no one got any sleep and it was a bad experience. The cost of the room was 370 dollars
