Ok for only a one...

Liked: It was beachfront
Disliked: We booked two rooms together because my handicapped parents were traveling with us but they ended up being 5 floors apart so we had to travel constantly between floors. We were given an “ocean front” room but the view was completely blocked by a concrete roof/walkway. Room was very run down with rust around the doors, water damaged walls and the shower was dirty. Then they were doing construction in the room beside us and starting loud drilling and sawing at around 8:30am.

Liked: Having a beach/water view
Disliked: The tiki bar, restaurant, and pool were not able to be used because of renovations. Those amenities were the main reasons we booked this hotel. When I booked this hotel, It never mentioned the facilities were not available and under renovations. We were never notified after the booking as well. This was very disappointing especially for the money we paid. The area of the hotel had trash along the streets. We would never stay at this hotel or area again.

Should be less expensive considering...

Liked: Location on the beach, room size and we got one of the few balconies
Disliked: It was under refurbishment, lift was not fixed, had to call a lift operator each time, damp smell in tye hallways and rooms

Liked: It was ok...
Disliked: The parking should have been comped, we stayed at their hotel and there was no breakfast like advertised told us we had to go to their sister hotel down the street for $20. Gave us beach chair vouchers and it was pouring down raining. People there don't understand English, a lot of them are Cuban and don't speak English. Very sad !
