All of the staff are...

Liked: The hotel is immaculate and the staff is great. the manager is wonderful and his staff reflects his friendliness and professionalism. We are going to stay here everytime we visit our kids in this area.
Disliked: The only thing we missed was a microwave in the room but there was one downstairs in the kitchen where there is also a coffee machine. We are big coffee drinkers but we reheat a lot so we do prefer a room microwave but it’s worth giving up for everything else in this hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable.

Liked: Clean, easy drive to Universal Studios, nice staff.
Disliked: The parking garage was small but stayers created spaces that would work. There are also metered parking spaces right outside.
