I think this hotel is actually a decent place. The staff was friendly upon check in and easy access off I-5 is a really big plus. On the downside, we were sold a room online, that upon arrival appeared to have been modified so a housekeeping room could be built next door. As a result, nowhere to sit except the queen bed and early up because of the maid activity on the other side of the bedroom wall. Most of the rooms are nice - some even have decks facing the river. Spend the extra bucks and you probably won't be disappointed, but don't reserve room 209!

Disliked: We are returning GUESTS, we are treated like dirt in most cases except for one employee whome seems to have lost his hours to more incompetent and rude employees. We have stayed on and off with this hotel for almost a year every week. They started putting my wife and i in rooms with broken heaters, while being told they work fine. After many complaints about being put in the same few trouble rooms available, the housekeepers in the morning wake most guests up by pounding on there doors at 10 a.m, or working on restoring rooms with people right next door. we starting paying less thru booking.com, only to further be put in a room last night that we left unatended twice to buy groceries to return to a completely cold room. I went in and was told we cannot be moved rooms due to it being a booking.com reservation and the room had an empty roll of toilet paper and many forms of different guests hair in the shower that was not mine not my wife as she has hair half an inch in length. Not to mention the shower heads in the rooms are disgusting. I reset the mother board of the heater by unplugging it from the wall just to get it to work ans give my wife and i heat for yhe night we payed for comfort. The maintenance guy whome told me the last stay that the room 202's heater was broken told me this morning upon me saying that we were put in again a heaterless room and woken up at 9 by the maintenance guy right in the room next door, that were being black listed from the facility. He threatened to call the cops while and was very ill twmpered and violent while i merely asked why they put us in yet another room with a broken heater.
