Liked: The owner was so incredibly kind and welcoming. She was also very accomodating as we were arriving early and leaving late. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the afternoon snacks were great!

So worth the stay!

Liked: Lets start off with a wonderful atmosphere and fantastic staff. Bed was amazing, can't beat the location and the spa itself is worth the stay! We will definitely be back!

Liked: The 1st level room with sliding door. Pool area is amazing. Also many little snacks in lobby.
Disliked: Light switches in bathroom area not in typical location. Not a major thing.

Phenomenal

Liked: Phenomenal hotel. We had no idea what we were in store for, and the Nutcracker collection was one of the main highlights of our trip!
Disliked: The breakfast options were weak - although it was just enough to give us some energy for the quick walk downtown for more :-D
