Liked: Room was very comfortable and windows and balcony extra bonus
Disliked: My key card had to be rekeyed almost every time I left the room. It worked in the elevator get to room it would go red for non entry... go back down to get it rekeyed and it would work. Next day same thing. very aggravating since the elevators were going 30 something floors so it wasn't an easy task just getting up and down to the lobby.

Liked: Staff has always been very efficient and friendly. We love the location, views and a great environment to spend time with friends and family. Unlike VRBO, you get personal service and exceptional amenities.
Disliked: This is my second visit in 5 months, both times housekeeping missed placing towels in the rooms. The night gentleman delivered the missing items with apologies but it is very inconvenient to wait to shower.The dirty cleaning cart remained outside our door until we pushed it away from our door later that night.

Liked: "The views were absolutely stunning! I loved how the entire apartment featured floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing in so much natural light. The balcony was refreshing, and the bedroom was cozy and comfortable, complete with blackout curtains for a restful sleep. I will definitely be booking again!"
Disliked: That I had to leave, LOL...
