Over priced to be in...

Liked: I liked my balcony and the kitchen space.
Disliked: Guest services is RUDE. On Friday, March 21, 2025 I checked into my room and went to the bathroom and there was no tissue. As any human would, I called guest services and told them there was no tissue in my bathroom and if they could send two rolls up. The guy said yes and hung up. Over an hour passed by and I called guest services again and ask the eta for the tissue and for blankets. They said they didn’t have any blankets but they can bring sheets. Then another 30 minutes passed by and from the first time I called I had to pee. Finally they come and bring Kleenex when I called and told there was no tissue in the bathroom. I called back and asked was I supposed to wipe my butt with the Kleenex and the front desk guy said you asked for tissue and tissue means Kleenex and told him it doesn’t and he proceeded to argue with me. Then I said yeah well I need tissue and he said YEAH toilet tissue. You would think after I spend over $1100 to stay somewhere the staff would be friendly. Worst customer service and I won’t be back.

Liked: The gym was great, the staff was very helpful and the room was clean and exactly as described

The Good Outweighed the Anomalies

Liked: Extremely spacious, loved that the parking was in the same building, great views, Close to great restaurants and grocery stores.
Disliked: They announced that they had to shut the water completely off for 14 hours less than 24 hours before they shut it down. There was no accommodation for guests. That was disappointing. Also, the dishwasher did not work.

I would highly recommend this...

no stand alone shower!!!!!!!

Liked: size of the room and kitchen
Disliked: bed was leaning to one side, i requested a room with a stand alone shower, but i never got one. This will stop me from staying there again.
