Liked: The good point was to able to make a late check in. We arrived around 23.00 and the hotel was all locked, but we called a number and the lady on the phone told that a colleague will come and take us inside. After 10 minutes, a guy came and took us inside.
Disliked: We reserved a standard double room with a large bed, but they gave us a standard room with two single beds. I asked them why they did like this. The explanation was that another guest extended their reservation although you reserved the room before. I asked the lady how this is possible, because if a room is reserved you can give it to another one or you can not extend the current guest. The communication between us ended with a question. The question coming from the lady was ‘ you have a room now, right?’ When I heard this question, I understood that they only focus on providing a room to the guests, and the rest details are not important for them. What a shame approach for a hotel owner or manager!

Disliked: If it says "breakfast included" - don't believe that. There is literally no one there in the breakfast room, the door is shut, no people, no food, nothing. In the room I stayed they have the cheapest mattress. It does not hold it's form and in 2 min of laying down you feel the bed frame underneath - highly uncomfortable

Disappointing

Liked: It was very cheap, the room was very spacious, there was a free parking lot for cars.
Disliked: The stairwell was not clean and the corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel entrance was locked for check-in, you had to call to be let in.

OK, if you just need...

Liked: The hotel is relatively cheap. Some rooms are renovated. If you succeed to find the staff, they are willing to help (this is why I gave 6 and not 5).
Disliked: They have no reception, but sometimes occasionally some staff member visits the hotel. The design is very inconvenient and there's not enough light. They first gave us a room that has no WiFi and no working minibar; we complained and they moved us, but also in the new room the WiFi was (gently speaking) problematic. The picture of the front of the hotel is misleading - there are no tents and no chairs, etc.
