Disliked: Spa isn't included in the fee of the room, which I see for the first time in my life in a wellness hotel. And it's pricey comparing to the small space of the spa.

Liked: The views of the lake are top notch. It's clean, walking distance to the city where we had dinner both nights.
Disliked: The room was great if you stand under 5' tall and are alone. I didn't feel like the management wanted my business, something has changed from over the past 12 years, maybe ownership or who knows what.

Disliked: My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this four-star hotel and spa in Annecy, France, with high hopes for a relaxing break. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected.Upon arrival, we discovered that the kettle in our room wasn’t working. After calling reception three times over a span of 45 minutes without any answer, I went down in person. The receptionist, who was in the back room, initially insisted that we didn’t have a kettle in our room. It took some back-and-forth, and only after she came up to see for herself did she bring us a replacement kettle—though she wasn't sure they even had spares at first.Our room was also uncomfortably hot, and when we asked about air conditioning, we were told that it had been turned off for the season, leaving only heating available. Opening the window to cool the room down seemed like the only option, but that led to another issue—the excessive noise from the car park made it difficult to sleep. On our final morning, the night concierge was speaking on his phone right outside the reception entrance at around 6:30 AM, waking us up. I shouted down, asking him to please be quiet, but when he continued talking, I had to go downstairs and outside to ask him in person to move his conversation indoors. Even then, the disruption had already impacted our sleep.One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the spa. While I had a massage, my girlfriend was looking forward to relaxing by the pool. However, loud construction work was taking place by the outdoor pool, which made it impossible to enjoy the spa facilities. The noise was so disruptive that it completely ruined the atmosphere, even during my massage. To make matters worse, my girlfriend was still charged for accessing the spa, despite the fact that the construction was ongoing and the steam room wasn’t working. The outdoor pool itself was closed for two out of the three days of our stay, further limiting the experience.

Overrated, Overpriced, Disapointing

Disliked: - Cannot control the heating in the rooms- Breakfast is €25 per person yet no hot food was available either day, and was not restocked.-The spa facilities are small and items are broken. They told us the "Hammam is unfortunately broken today", but if you read other reviews you can see it's been broken for months and not repaired.-Paying €350 a night for a room and then having to pay additionally to use the spa is poor.You're paying for a view and nothing else.
